5. Payments & Subscriptions
- Paid plans are billed in advance and recur until canceled.
- You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are handled case-by-case via our Contact channel.
6. Intellectual Property
EvilGPT branding, logos, and platform code are our property. You retain rights to your own prompts; outputs may be used freely for your personal or commercial purposes within legal limits.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, with or without notice.
8. Disclaimer
EvilGPT is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
